Soho Place is a large-scale regeneration of Oxford Street’s eastern end, situated adjacent to the new Tottenham Court Road Crossrail station. It included a number of buildings including retail and commercial office space. In addition, a five-storey 600-seat theatre is the first in the west end for over 50 years.

SJE works included doors and ironmongery, Viroc & Birch Ply panelling, skirting, a kitchenette and the fit out of the mail room to both Buildings A (Office) and B (Theatre).
