The Mace East Village Phase 2 contract is situated on the Olympic Park in Stratford consisting of 482 apartments, communal & amenity space split between 5 separate buildings. Two towers 30 and 26 storeys respectively and 3 low level adjoining podia buildings 8 storeys in height. The Project was awarded the 2018 Construction News Best Innovation Winner for the “Jump Factory”.

SJE Works
SJE completed this residential development in January 2019 situated on what was the ‘Athletes Village’ site for the London 2012 Olympics. We installed the door sets and ironmongery to all 482 apartments along with skirting’s, architraves and window boards. Common areas inc. riser and plant doors, entrance lobbies, and back of house areas inc. door and lobby signage. SJE also supplied and fitted the Class O fire rated timber slatted ceiling modules to the residential common areas of all buildings on all floors.
