BBC TVC is a prestigious refurbishment and redevelopment of the iconic BBC TV site including the Helios, Courtyard and Crescent locations in collaboration with English Heritage. Consisting of 950 new homes with the film and production studios being carefully retained while preserving many other original features.

SJE Works
SJE completed this project in March 2018 which included the design, supply and installation package of 150 plus apartments and lift lobby areas in Block B. Bespoke full height timber, metal and glass door sets with antique bronze ironmongery and bi-folding/recessed doors. Raised acoustic flooring with fire breaks, underfloor heating, thermostatic readers and finished hardwood flooring. Bespoke lift lobby Class O timber veneered panelling and metalwork inc. mirrors and secret doors. Also the apartment skirting’s, architraves, thresholds, window cills, door and lobby bronze signage and corridor bump rail wall protection.
