98 Fetter Lane is a BREEAM Excellent £20 million shell and core new build development in Chancery Lane. Providing eight storeys and 60,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, Multiplex proposed a revised facade spec improving the overall image of the building and provided a cost and programme saving for the client.

SJE recently completed our second successful project for Multiplex which included the design, supply and install of joinery fit out and a complete washroom package. We provided bespoke veneered timber door sets , steel door sets inc. UKPN Sunray Doors, Profab riser doors and glass doors, all with SSS ironmongery. The bespoke washroom fit out included basement lockers, shower cubicles and benches along with washroom accessories. Bespoke joinery included a feature reception desk and fire rated roller shutters.
