Exciting Day at HMP The Mount!

This morning James Knott from SJ Eastern Carpentry & Joinery Ltd, alongside Lee Bonington from SJ Eastern Fireproofing Ltd had the privilege of attending the Employment Day at HMP The Mount, representing our client, Amy Dawson from Multiplex.

This incredible event, organised by CONNEXION through DSA Connect, focused on creating opportunities for prisoners nearing their release date. It was inspiring to engage with individuals eager to reintegrate into society through meaningful employment.

The day included networking with other employers, learning about the critical role employment plays in rehabilitation, and exploring how we, as an industry, can support these efforts.

At SJ Eastern, we are proud to be part of initiatives that provide second chances and promote a brighter future for all.
