Description
Western Yards is located on the south banks of the River Thames adjacent to Blackfriars Station. The project for Native Land built by Multiplex, consists of three buildings with a large basement. When complete the project will deliver 250,000 sq ft of prime office space oversailing Network Rail’s Blackfriars Viaduct and 257 residential units across two residential towers to a height of 48 storeys.
SJE Works
SJE works are to Building 3 and the basement area, consisting of various door types, ironmongery, glazed screens, skirting, kitchens and works to the staircases.
